Windows 10 can let you know.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Run <strong><em>Alarms &amp; Clock<\/em><\/strong> and select <strong><em>World Clock<\/em><\/strong> (1) in the left-hand panel. A map of the world is displayed, highlighting where the sun is currently shining.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"570\" height=\"269\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.glasswire.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/light-across-world-chris-taylor.png\" alt=\"check light across the world\" class=\"wp-image-771\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>World Clock has a few other tricks up its sleeve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Click <strong><em>Add new city<\/em><\/strong> (2) to put extra locations on the map. They will show with the current date and time at those locations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Want to know what the local time will be when one of your pinned locations is at a specific time and don\u2019t want to do the mental arithmetic? Click the <strong><em>Compare<\/em><\/strong> button (3) and all your pinned locations will be displayed. Choose a time for any one of them and the time and date for the other locations will be shown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you right-click on any added location, you can choose <strong><em>Pin to Start<\/em><\/strong>. An icon on the Start menu will show the current date and time for that location. If you click the Start menu icon, it will load <strong><em>Alarms &amp; Clock<\/em><\/strong> on the <strong><em>World Clock<\/em><\/strong> tab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I submitted a suggestion through <strong><em>Feedback Hub<\/em><\/strong> that they allow the user to choose an arbitrary date and time to see where the sun will be showing at that time.
